What are the characteristics of PE plastic bottles

PE plastic bottles, also known as polyethylene plastic bottles, have the following characteristics:
1. In terms of physical performance
Lightweight texture: PE plastic bottles have a lower density, usually between 0.91-0.96g/cm 3, much lighter than many other materials such as glass bottles, metal bottles, etc., making them easy to carry and transport.
Good flexibility: It has good flexibility and extensibility, is not easy to break, can withstand a certain degree of compression, bending, and stretching without damage, and is suitable for packaging products that require soft containers, such as shampoo, shower gel, etc.
Diverse Transparency: Its transparency can vary depending on the production process and additives, from completely opaque to semi transparent or even high transparency, meeting the requirements of different products for packaging appearance.
Moderate barrier performance: It has certain barrier properties against moisture, gases, etc., which can prevent the volatilization and leakage of contents, as well as the entry of external air and moisture to a certain extent. However, the barrier performance is relatively weak compared to some special materials such as polyester (PET).
2. In terms of chemical properties
Good chemical stability: able to withstand corrosion from various acids, bases, salts, and solvents, insoluble in most known solvents at room temperature, and can be used to package various chemically stable items such as detergents, cleaning agents, and some pesticides.
Strong water resistance: Its performance remains unchanged after long-term contact with water, and it will not deform or deteriorate due to water absorption. It is suitable for packaging liquid products containing water.
Good antioxidant properties: Under normal use and storage conditions, PE plastic bottles are not easily oxidized and can maintain good physical and chemical properties, extending the shelf life of packaged products.
3. In terms of processing performance
